Transmitters

I shoot high school basketball games. This season I mounted camera "A" to shoot thru the backboard down on the players. I also am shooting with a handheld camera 'B' from the floor. I mounted a receiver on camera 'A' and trigger it with a handheld transmitter. It's very difficult operating both cameras simultaneously. I would like to mount a transmitter to camera 'B',the handheld camera, so when it fires camera 'A' also fires. Help!!

Yep, Pocket Wizards. If you are trying to fire 2 bodies on one strobe flash it gets tricky. Shutter speeds need to drop pretty low but I've done it with 2 identical bodies. Sadly, it's not consistent enough to rely on but it will work. If you aren't trying to sync to a strobe and don't mind a 1/60 second difference between the 2 shots, the PW's are the best bet. Nikon has the WT series but what you pay for them and the rather short range, I think the PWs are the better deal. I've triggered well over 1000' away with the PWs.
