Always look in tree holes. No telling who may be looking back.
These were all different days, different locations and different squirrels.

We scan every tree hole we see. Usually they are just holes in trees, but sometimes we get a little treasure (my wife calls them her little treasures and I think it is fitting). We have seen owls, raccoons, snakes, squirrels, an opossum and lots of birds sitting in tree holes. I usually carry binoculars but a good tele lens makes a pretty decent telescope too
