Shot at Top of The Rock, Ridgedale, Missouri. Used the slowest speed I could, hand held to smear the water. Thank God for VR Lenses! This is a wonderful place for photographers!

Thank you! I've become a bit shakier in the last couple of years. I think a mono-pod will become a bit of necessary kit.
