Thank you for your answer, the power bank you suggested is certainly better, as long as it would also be suitable for my laptop, but I am looking for a cheaper device for occasional use, so I chose the Anker PowerCore III Sense 20000mAh PD 18W which has PD and I think it should work with z9.
