Took another trip out the area where the Wedge-tailed Eagles were sighted yesterday, only saw 5 today.
This one stuck around for about 5 minutes soaring overhead.
A few more trips before winter needed to try to capture a bit more interaction between the birds.

At this location the birds are typically less then 100 metres away from the road and tend to soar in circles overhead to gain height soon after take off.
They are Australias largest raptor, height ranges from .9 to 1.1 m, with wings spanning 1.8m to 2.5m so as you say very impressive.
