Sometimes I get all masochistic and decide to waste an hour or so shooting swallows I think this one finally took pity on me! Bibra Lake, Western Australia.

I know the pain . I was stalking an osprey nest this spring and while the ospreys were out if the nest, tried to shoot swallows at full speed... luckily it was digital because I may have had just a couple of shots that were passable...
