Asking this question to hear what your top five lenses are in order of most use.
1-Sony 100-400GM
2-Sony 90mm macro
3-Sony 600GM
4-Sony 70-200GMii
5-Sony 24-70GMii
My top pick, the Sony 100–400 is a lens I cannot imagine not having. It is just so versatile for so many things and absolutely razor sharp. It definitely gets the most used by far of any of my lenses. Not only is it great for still images, it is great for video as well.

My list is as follows:

1) Olympus 300mm f4 - brilliant lens, very sharp handles TCs great.

2) Panasonic Leica 50-200mm f2.8-f4 - kind of like a 100-400 equivalent, only it's less than half the weight. I actually rented a while back an A9 and 100-400 and there wasn't much in the final output between that and my G9/50-200mm.

3) Sigma 150mm f2.8 OIS macro - probably the best macro lens out there.

4) Panasonic Leica 8-18mm f2.8-f4 -while not a big wide-angle fan, I always have this lens with me and often find something to use it for :).

5) Sigma 150-600mm C - actually sold it once then bought it again... it's my "if it breaks it breaks" sacrificial lens.

What is the 300 equivalent to in full frame. The m4/3 is something that has really tempted me over the last few years.

My list is as follows:
  • Z 600/4 TC
  • Z 100-400
  • Z MC 105/2.8
  • Z 24-70/4
  • Z 14-30/4
This is only the lenses i own at the moment. I’m considering the Z 20mm f 1.8 for northern lights and astro.
The Z105 is a great lens. Probably the sharpest Nikon macro lens ever in my opinion.

My best guess would be the following, but there are times when the 600 and 100-400 might swap places for a while.

Z 24-120
Z 600 pf
Z 100-400
Z 28 f2.8
F 20 f1.8G

I had a hard time, not putting the 20 mm 1.8 where I placed the 2470 because that is a fantastic focal length.

Here is my ranking:
  • Z 600/4 TC - I love using this lens for BIF / wildlife.
  • Z 70-200/2.8 - One of my favorites for landscapes.
  • Z 100-400 - New to me this year, and I expect it may supplant the 70-200/2.8 for 2nd on the list. Mostly used for landscapes and wildlife environmental shots.
  • Z 24-70/2.8 - Close 2nd favorite for landscapes, along with the 14-24/2.8.
  • Z 14-24/2.8 - Used for landscape/astro. I enjoy using this lens just as much as my 24-70/2.8 (and typically prefer it for most waterfalls / interior forest work).
When shooting astro / aurora, I now tend to reach for my Z 20mm 1.8 more often than the 14-24/2.8, but it depends on the overall composition that I am going for (e.g., sometimes I need to go wider than 20mm)

The 100-400 is indeed a very versatile lens and even great with the 1.4tc

I am mostly a studio photographer/videographer, and the field work I do is short distance. I just left Sony (FX3) so I am not listing their lenses. My Fuji GFX lenses are mostly adapted Nikon AF-S but I just got a Fuji lens. Got a Canon cine camera on order. So a year from now, I expect some GFX and RF glass on this list.

Z 85/1.2
Z 50/1.2
Z 70-200/2.8
Z 14-24/2.8
Z 135/1.8
