I grew up in New York City, does pigeons are everywhere. In over 40 years I haven’t seen something like that.
I now live in upstate New York, Does birds migrate twice a year. This is the first time I see it. And it comes to the top of my porch almost every day at blue hour. The first shot is with the 85 f/1.2 and a heavy crop to slice away the distractions around it. Then it flew to the neighbors porch, the 400/4.5 was my best option.
