When the wings are way up like this, I'm never quite sure what crop I like the best. Opinions?

I guess I'd experiment with getting it off vertical center, keeping the aspect ratio horizontal, maybe 4 to 3, adding a bit of room above the wings, and removing as much off the lower reflection as possible.

I agree with the others on the rule of 3rds, a little more room in front of the bird. If it were coming right at you then centered or this would look better. Personally, if there's something more of interest or beauty to see below vs. above the bird, I will always choose that to include in the pic. You did so with the reflection, good choice. Also, I'm viewing this on a crappy monitor at work so maybe it's not accurate, but it appears the white point is too high. If that's not so, then disregard.
