It isn't possible to see this happening - you just take a lot of shots: they were at this water treatment plant in Oz in large numbers and there had to be food.

They are to this one - the Western Treatment Plant near Melbourne - though there's limits at the moment.
It's huge. A RAMSAR listed wetland.

Thanks Ziggy. Not much chance I will ever get to Melbourne but maybe one can contact the Gold Coast municipality. We also have a Ramsar site on the East Rand of Gauteng - I have seen > 80 bird species there on one morning!
