Great find. It's what's called leucistic, the pigment's missing from most of its hair. Most, but not all, leucistic deer have other genetic issues and seem to not live as long as a normal deer. The legs are short, which is common in leucistic white-tails, and they often have what might be called a "Roman nose". There's an old folk saying around here that if you shoot a white deer you'll never shoot another deer -- hope that doesn't hold true for shooting them with a camera.
