The crop is a bit too tight to my taste, but not bad.
I like how the black eyes stand out against the brighter surroundings. I also like the background separation.

Black and white rendering is good, but it's a bit too tight for my tastes. I would like to see top of ears and more of neck.

I mean the framing. But this is obviously subjective, great image.
Agree with what’s been said about the crop, but I love the colours & it is a cracking image.
