There's a lot going on with this shot, and most of it it's good.
There are three water birds that look somewhat similar but are clearly different and that allows the viewer to form his own little story about the interaction between the three of them.
There is plenty of dynamism in the shot (blurry wings, water splashes, somewhat diagonal placement of subjects).
Technically the shot is solid (sharp where it needs to be, good exposure).
Even the clipped wings work with the shot as they amplify the sense of rush.
If I really had to nitpick, I'd say It is worth playing a bit with the rotation of the image (a few degrees left or right might help) and reduce the negative space on the right and especially bottom.
