Lovely shot. One of our favorite areas in the USA. Spent a lot of time there when we lived in southwestern WA. Though we tended to spend more time in Florence. The bike ride from Florence up to Heceta Head is awesome.

Agreed. Up in Puget Sound area, but love to spend time on the Oregon coast. And the OP's image is a great shot of the lighthouse.

Great shot, and nice there are no people. When we visited there a few years ago, there were 2 peregrines nesting on cliffs near the parking lot.

Thank you. Funny you should mention people. After I set up a mom with 2 kids showed up taking selfies right in front of me. But I waited and they went behind the lighthouse to check out the view of the ocean and I was able to get the shot.
