Nice bird. I like #3-low perspective, good head angle, focus on eye seems sharp, exposure good (on a bird that is difficult to expose properly), reflection a bonus. #4 has same nice perspective, but bird looking away detracts from picture. #1 has busy background; IMO would benefit from some local blurring of BG and/or a tighter crop to eliminate some of the BG clutter. Maybe cloning out OOF branch in front of bird.
Still a nice series of a really beautiful bird.
