Not that I'm aware of. The only thing close to that is the focus point location on moving from landscape to portrait orientation. Nothing that I've seen for AF modes and I've been through the menus at least 1,000 times with teaching Z9 serious and techniques since Feb '22.

But at the same time i never paid attention if that option persists with AF mode changes. Maybe try is it remembers in RSF (Hold)
