v2 I think. It was late May it happened and I update FW as soon as notified. No problems since.

Thanks John, I asked because V2.11, per Nikon, "Fixed an issue that in very rare circumstances would cause the camera to stop responding."
In my case, I had experienced lockups and when I read the reason for V2.11 I thought all my (Nikon) troubles were about to be solved. A week or two later it locked up again. Well, maybe another FW fix soon... I hope!
