Chinese spy balloon shot down

Saw this happen from my back yard. Z9, 800pf, TC1.4. Saw the rocket come out the other side (or nearby) but missed the shot going through! Hand held, no time for tripod!

I'm hoping my comment will keep it from happening. It's quite a capture, so unless it really gets out of hand, the mods and I will try to just delete political posts as they happen.

Strike now whilst the irons hot gdecamp, I’ve just seen the image on the BBC Webpage & it’s nowhere near as good as the one you took. It just shows a trail of smoke snaking it’s way out of the sky.

@gdecamp - Outstanding capture , if as you say that it is indeed a 100% legit shot then there could possibly be a lot of News teams queueing up to ""PURCHASE"" that shot .. strike while the iron is hot it could turn out to be a nicer little earner ...
