If your looking for lens covers that are a little less expensive, with nice color choices and great customer service you should look at Outdoor Photography Gear https://www.outdoorphotographygear.co.uk/ I have these on my Nikkor 500 f5.6 pf, Z 100-400 f4.5-5.6 S, 300 f4 pf and 70-200 f4.

Yes, I have also found Outdoor Photography Gear make high quality products. I think I first bought from them in 2017, and last week I just bought covers for my 180-400 f4 TC and 500 PF. They wear well. I also have camo hides designed by this guy, who's open to new ideas and will make a lenscover if you ask for a particular lens.

These OPG covers are certainly much better than the more expensive Lenscoat IME, as the ones I bought have poor quality stitching. It unravels, and the working edges lack stitched seams...mentioned this problem here. There are more solutions discussed for lens covers earlier this year

That Nikkor Z 100-400 f4.5-5.6 S cover I believe is their first manufactured. Really good customer service as you mentioned and even with shipping from UK, less expensive than other brands.

I bought a lens cover for my 200-500 a long time ago and it just got in the way. I like the idea of a lens cover and these look good, I did look them up. But really, think about it, we cover our lens as if that will hide the camera and we stand behind it with 20 other photographers and none of us are covered. Do lens covers really do any good in this case? I see people shooting in camo out in the open and not one other sole out there is in "hiding" clothes so what good does that do? I was on a trip with a group last year and there was a woman who did this every day, as if it mattered. It did give me a chuckle though. I can see a lens cover in a hide or if I'm alone and crawling through the forest or grass. I know the lens cover may work to protect the lens and that of course is a good reason in itself. But, I can't see a lens cover being any good at hiding the lens so that it blends in and does not scare the animal. I might try one of these for my 500PF, I'm tough on gear as I'm not too careful, so it would be nice to protect it. Thanks for the info.

The OPG ones do look better made than Lenscoat. I now use RolanPro covers which aren’t neoprene but instead a nice, tightly woven fabric. I like them better than my past neoprene ones (although I only owned Lenscoat and not OPG). All my friends have switched over to RolanPro and seem to like them.

No relationship other than a customer. I got frustrated with quality of Lenscoat and their customer service, and decided to take my business elsewhere. I found OPG and tried their gear. I liked them and thought there products were a better value for the money. When I got the 100-400, I wanted a cover and emailed them to see if they where planning on adding that to their inventory. They made me one and sent it to me for testing. I had a RolanPro and liked them as well. I usually photograph by myself and utilize the covers to prevent bumps and bruises on the lens. Camo helps when I'm sitting in the woods.

Thanks for the honesty. I, too, am frustrated by the prices from Len Coat.
