I took these images a year ago when my husband and I made a trip to the Atlantic Rainforest of Brazil. The top image is a Green-barred Woodpecker. The next is a Blond-crested Woodpecker, and the final two are Yellow-fronted Woodpeckers (female first and then the male).
Although I am not a super-creative and thinking out of the box type person, at times it does occur to me to let out my creative self and try things.

I've been stuck at home recovering from COVID-19. Managed to get my gear onto the tripod and the tripod onto the deck across from our dogwood tree. This guy came and posed. I loved my old 500mm f/4 but I'm glad I have the 500mmPF now, I miss the extra stops but I couldn't manage the weight now...
