i had a lot of fun taking this picture! i was at point reyes looking for elephant seals and while i wasn't able to get a very good photo of them (as nikon STILL has yet to ship the 180-600 and i am without a real telephoto), i remembered that while driving in i saw a whole flock of deer! since the deer were not big fans of me & ran away whenever i got close, i decided to take some pictures of flowers. while looking for cool ones, i found this little critter! (not pictured are his friends who were off mating a couple flowers over)
