That's a cracker, with the bird nicely isolated from the background.Fabulous looking bird, the fence fits in nicely too. Which island? Was stationed on Benbecula in the summer of 1976 blimey, it was a hot one. Spent time on St Kilda Sea Bird colony a couple of times. That's where my love of affair with wildlife all started.Terrific!

Hi Stevie if you were in Benbecula it was just to the south in South Uist. I’m old enough to remember the summer of ‘76 well as we had a stunning family holiday way up north in The Shetlands.
