Ok well I'll guess at a baby swan. May be similar Coloring. Thats the wings up and unsure what color they are but that's my guess.

It's actually a baby Sandhill Crane! Yellowstone NP. But you were so close. Just goes to show you, a photo can be wrong...Ok well I'll guess at a baby swan. May be similar Coloring. Thats the wings up and unsure what color they are but that's my guess.
. I was able to get a decent shot of one, really difficult in all that long grass as they were so tiny. I am amazed that they survive at all. Thanks everyone, for your guess.
