SOLVED - Apparently a few months back when I made my Preset for Linear Z9 and Auto, I included under Geometry - Auto which meant it was applying balanced perspective corrections. So there's my Christmas Present.

One thing to take from this is Nikon Z 9 uncropped raw is 8280 by 5520. You can set ACR to show all of those pixels in the workflow tab instead of the standard 45.4 which is 8256x5504. Won't matter in most cases.

Yes Bill, I never looked at Geometry until something FRV asked me to do, and I realized there was something in my Preset, so since it wasn't lens correction, I started looking at all the other things. Depending on Resize to Fit, I either see the Nikon 8256x5504 or the entire sensor.
