Adobe Bridge PDF output

When using output to PDF with a watermark, The watermark is saved as a separate layer! It can be removed with a click.

Is there a way to save the PDF as a single layer? I need the logo baked in.

You should be able to collapse the layers using Adobe Acrobat. I don't know if it can be done using Bridge.

I was looking in Acrobat, and couldn’t find a tool. Maybe I don’t know the name of the tool
