Take a look at the Think Tank Street Walker Hard Drive. I just checked with my 16" MacBook Pro and it fits with room to spare.

Backpacks are kind of like shopping for a dishwasher. You can research the specs and measure all you want, but there is no substitute for bringing your gear (or dishes) into the store and seeing how they fit.thank you all for the suggestions. do you guys think i should bring my laptop and a lens body to B&H, and try it out in person?
I have both a Gura Gear 30L and 22L. Both hold my 16" laptop and much more gear than this. I've had a Z8 + 5 lenses in the 22L, for example. With the 30L, I've had both the Z8 and Z9 and multiple lenses, including a 400mm f/2.8.Hi there,
I’m looking for recommendations for a daily backpack that can accommodate a 16-inch MacBook Pro and a Z8 with a 400mm f/4.5 lens attached.
Thanks in advance!

It would hold the 600 f/4 Z not mounted on a body.Thanks!
Would it hold the 600mm f4 (z) too?
I am actually trying to find the smallest possible backpack that can hold 16” and a lens attached body for day to day use during my commute
One quesitonGura Gear is currently having a 20% off sale on their Kiboko bags. Use code MAY20 at checkout.
They come with a bunch of dividers. You can remove them all, or any subset, except for the main one that runs down the middle from top to bottom. One quesiton
Does the backpack come with some dividers or I need to buy them myself, if I just wanna put one camera with it without lens attached?
