Bald Eagle below Cohoes Falls, NY

This Eagle was shot just below the Cohoes Falls in Cohoes, NY, in early November 2021. D5 with 500mm PF and 1.4 TC. Both photos were shot at 1/3200 and F/8. The ISOs ranged from 1000 to 2200. I would have reduced the shutter speed to 1/1600 or lower to further reduce the ISO, since I was on a tripod and very stable, but I was hoping this guy would go for a flight. All comments, critiques, welcome. Thanks.

Very nice -- I like the detail in the head feathers in the first, in the second the whites seem to have blown out some detail, but both are excellent images.
