Bee in Flight

If you would like to post, you'll need to register. Note that if you have a BCG store account, you'll need a new, separate account here (we keep the two sites separate for security purposes).

I am fairly new to this site and am enjoying checking everything out.
I do have a bee in flight that I'd like to share. It was taken a long time ago but it is still one of my favourite photos

Thanks and welcome to the site. There are a good number of folks here to learn from and participate with in your photo journey. Enjoy.

Really impressed by the first one, I'm having a very high delete rate for my attempts on flying bees.
I think bees going to smaller flowers don't get that 'dirty', while visiting larger ones where they submerge into the flower they get really dusted. In the garden I can see bees dusted with the same color as the big flowers like dahlias and sunflower, but never lavender
