Love the colour of the Blue tit. If I was being picky for sake of some critique, I would like to see a bit more of a catchlight in its eye and the twig across its tail is a bit of a shame.

Both photos are excellent.
In the first one I don't like the subject in the centre of the image.
On the second, the blue colour cast is correct for a winter atmosphere but I always prefer to reduce the blue restoring a more photogenic, less realistic white of the snow. But it is my taste, your photo is correct.
