Best sensor cleaner?

My only question about a Lenspen is could there possibly be a time when the foam wiper gets grit or other debris on it, and could scratch a lens or sensor?
Yes. I always blow the lenspen before using it. Does that guarantee that a piece of grit isn't adhered to the surface? No, but it's the best one can do. While I am a fan of the lenspen for my lenses, I have mixed feelings about using the sensorklear for the sensor. My experience with cleaning the sensor has been less than stellar despite the technique. Pads/Cleaner and the lenspen have seemed to make the situation worse than just a simple blower.
