Hi everyone. I've been enjoying all of your posts for a while now, and I'm finally feeling like my image quality is (hopefully) improving enough that I can share some here. This was taken last week at Borrego Springs, CA.

Very nice
And I did not know Borrego Springs, CA. had the wildlife
Thanks! I seen these guys at a great distance on previous hikes other years, but saw nothing this time until I was within a few hundred yards of the trailhead parking lot, and there was a group of 7!

Very nice photo with a very good Camera / Lens combination.
Thanks Vern. I upgraded from a D800 last year, and I really love the D850. The 500mm PF is really nice for hiking, but it was almost too long for this situation. The photo isn’t cropped at all, and I have quite a few shots where their heads pretty much filled the frame. I’m not complaining though, it was pretty cool!
