Very bummed about this series of shots. I was out walking Elmer by the river, A group of Teal flew up and this Goshawk did some dramatic aerial maneuvers but didn't snag one. He then flew past us directly into the setting sunlight.
Unfortunately I hadn't checked and EC was set at +1 otherwise there would be some beautiful shots to choose from. I managed to bring this one down a bit.

Are you using the group focus setting for these shots?
Thanks Lance. I’ll have to give those settings a try. I’ve never used Auto Area AF. I mostly use group. But your photos came out great! Razor Sharp.Some of these are going back to 2015 and I had to check on the Nikon software what I used as I couldn't remember!
