Blurred iphone photo

I didn’t have a wide angle lens woth me so I was playing with my iphone. I thought this photo woth a flamingo and the Sunshine Skyway Bridge in the background looks like a painting. What do you think?

Looks like banding and noise (In the photographic sense). Not attractive in my opinion, but if you like it that's what counts.

A pointilistic picture.
I like it somehow, but it would have been better if the flamingo was looking to or standing on the other side.
Well, we can't have everything...

It was probably very dark, looks like a very high ISO with a lot of NR.
