No doubt most of you have hear about the excessive rainfall out here in California this winter. This has produced some amazing wildflower displays. I spent a couple of nights at the Carrizo Plain National Monument here in Southern California this weekend. Here's a few shots to share.

Very spectacular Tim, nice! How were the hills over Gorman on way up? Was this pic in the southern end of the Carizzo plain ? We went o northern end to scope out for hope an El Nino next year and wet winter. The dry soda lake was filled with water.

Most of the pics are from the southern end of the reserve. The exception was the photo with the wind mill which is just to the north of the reserve. It's interesting how Superblooms vary. The last one in 2019 had better displays at the North End.
