The lens cleaning is also covered here in the US as well.Is the cleaning & calibration check of the 400 2.8 also covered by NPS?
If you would like to post, you'll need to register. Note that if you have a BCG store account, you'll need a new, separate account here (we keep the two sites separate for security purposes).

Factory Maintenance & Cleaning
Nikon cameras and lenses are engineered for brilliant performance. But like performance vehicles, a little care and proper maintenance is needed to keep them running at their best.www.nikonusa.com
It was over a holiday. It was in the repair center for 3 business days and then sent back to me next day air.Hi James. About how long does it take for Nikon to turn it around for you? I just sent my Z9 in for Premium maintenance since its part of NPS membership now (First time I've finally taken advantage of this service). I'm curious how long it takes them to do the service.
For lenses, there are two levels of clean and check. The second level is a little more expensive but includes checking factory calibration. For us here, any items is covered for maintenance and cleaning for a maximum of 5 items per year for NPS platinum which is the highest level. I know they are 3 levels of NPS. For the other two, regular and above, they have less number of items. You have to check on their web. I believe, NPS Canada and US have the same rules
I thought that Len’s calibration is included with my plan, the agent at Nikon NPS told me that. I have to check again with them. For lenses, there are two levels of clean and check. The second level is a little more expensive but includes checking factory calibration.
These are the items listed for lens packagesI thought that Len’s calibration is included with my plan, the agent at Nikon NPS told me that. I have to check again with them.
You are not on the same page with understanding. Start at your Membership Dashboard and carefully read the details of each benefit as it varies by NPS Status Level in both the type of Free for Lens or Body and number of times per year. Those service levels are available at Standard unless your NPS Status level is highest and higher service level maybe available with a frequency limit. All NPS benefits must be Requested (you do this alongside the Benefit listing in your Dashboard) and NPS will respond with email approval if you are so entitled to receive what you requet without exceeding the limit. Note that the service levels avaiable on a Lens is different than for Body and if your request is higher than you are entitled to, the pricing at each Service Level is explicit in dollar amount as well as what it includes, however,if not entitled to a particiular level, then you have to pay for it. Only the highest NPS Level members get past "Standard Level" checks and then the number of times is stil limited. I hope this clears your partial understanding and those that replied incompletely. I know all this. I am platinium member which is the highest NPS member and Nikon agent confirm again to me that all maintenance are included free with my status except when there is a repair. Maintenance also include calibration because it is not a repair. If there is any issue with the lens and here we are talking about repair, then I got a discount on the price. You are not on the same page with understanding.
