Thanks to all, it was the 30FPS setting, on the button on the top of the camera, that was the culprit. I do recall playing around with it after having a conversation with someone, they own a Sony and Sony shoots 30FPS in RAW, about shooting at that setting. I must have tried it out and then forgot, so a lesson learned about trying out new things when on an actual shoot. I do know that the 30, 60, 120 settings are JPEG, not RAW, but simply forgot that I used one of those settings in the heat of the moment when shooting. As I took many thousands of shots it's not a deal breaker at all, but it did stump me until someone mentioned that feature. I won't do that one again, but will most likely do something else a bit stupid at some point.
