Pro Grade email me when there is a firmware update for anything i have, i got one recently where their telling me my Pro Grade Card reader has an update.
They also have a free health check software tool you can download for free, you can do an analysis, diagnose faults, reformat deeply to mildly, reset to factory specs, updates, card condition report.
