D850 Update (1.31) Issue am I the only one?

Hello, all! Just wondering if I’m the only one experiencing this issue - I have found nothing online… When I go into the update menu and attempt to install, it won’t let me click “yes” and seems to completely avoid the “ok” button altogether when in the menu. I have to cancel it out by pressing the menu button again. Tried different batteries, re-downloaded the .bin file, no luck. Thank you so much for your time and have a great day!

Make sure the bin file is not in a folder when you copy it onto the card. The card that you are copying it to should be formatted by the camera.
