The depth limit for recreational diving is 40m/130ft. At this depth you only have a few minutes of bottom time before you have to begin your slow ascent. This day the water was clear and I had 2 Sola 1200 lumen dive lights mounted on my camera housing.
The subject is a large hard fan coral. The second and third shots were taken a week after the first and you can see the difference in thee coral. In the second wshot you can also see a small myside shrimp.
Unfortunately, after I had to quit diving a massive storm hit the coast and wiped out these beautiful coral fans even at that depth.
