Don't Use a 77mm Filter on the Z 70-200mm S

Nikon Z 70-200mm f/2.8 VR S users > The filter size is 77mm, but I recommend using a step-down adapter and an 82mm filter. The filter threads are recessed and difficult to access a filter, especially a thin polarizer. With an 82mm on an adapter, it is flush with the lens. The hood goes on and no vignetting. You do not need a 77mm filter. The 82mm works on the 14-30mm lens, too. First shot out of the house: (f/8, 1/200th, ISO 2200, 70-200mm S at 200mm, hand held)

As long as you don't need a hood, that's a good way to. Polarizers love to get stuck on that lens - had it happen quite often.
