Duck 1 I think is a female Cinnamon Teal or maybe a female Redhead?

Duck 2 I have no idea; likey not duck? Found nothing with a red eye that looked like that in the marsh's bird ID guide.

Coming from GB I've no idea of these birds, suffice to say that no. 2 looks more like some sort of coot.
