DXO pure raw or Photolab 5

If you would like to post, you'll need to register. Note that if you have a BCG store account, you'll need a new, separate account here (we keep the two sites separate for security purposes).

I have both DxO products -- but my process for Nikon Files (and a friend who shoots Canon) does the same -- import images from Camera/card using LRC (which puts the file into my storage and renames and adds keywords/IPTC); review/rate and select in LRC; batch process all selected RAW images by dragging them into DxO Pure Raw 2 and process using Deep Prime savings as DNG files; export back into LRC when the processing is done; apply a preset that turns off auto lens correction; adjust and edit in LRC as needed.
All Focus Brackets/Stacks are processed separately using Helicon Focus Pro AND all HDR bracket stacks are processed using PhotoMatix Pro in both cases the output is imported into LRC when ready.
Hasselblad RAW files are processed in Phocus 3.7 and Phase One RAW files in Capture One. Both have awesome colour and lens treatments. If either Phocus or Capture One had "better" automatic masking tools then I would use them further/for longer in my workflow. Capture One's skin tools and tethering are leading edge -- most portraits shot with ~Nikon are worked on in Capture One.
DxO Photo Lab 6 (6.0.2.26) has another level of tools for Clear View and Noise reduction over just Pure Raw 2 Deep Prime, but LRC's masking is way ahead of the rest.

Can anyone confirm that DxO did not add HE* compatibility to Photolab 6? I assume this means Deep Prime won't work on them. Looking for confirmation as I don't understand if that is separate from the other adjustment tools. Thanks.
