Superb lighting, pose, and composition. I love the crop and sharpness as well. Techs look good in terms of lighting and color. Even though it’s low resolution, I think I can see some noise on the darker parts of the bird. I would also remove the dark blob to the upper right of the bird. Nicely done!
Eagle is sharp and I like the lighting on the waves in the upper left.

Beautiful Shot! Very nice focus on the head and composition. I cloned out the dark blob in the upper right and added a warming filter to reduce green tint.

I like John's tweeks too. A memorable shot in what had to be challenging light conditions. I am impressed with 1120 mm of lens-depending on your distance that had to be difficult to keep the bird in the frame.
I like the shot. Nice background. I have the same set-up as you. I have to add a sturdy tripod to my shots.
