Marsel is a world class photographer. In last March / early April he lead a trip to Baffin Island to photograph polar bears. I signed up for the trip but had to cancel at the last minute to a bulging hernia. Perhaps in the future .. By then I hope to both the Z 8 (no problem) and 600 TC (much hard to obtain).

Not a prospective buyer of the 8 but found a great tip for shooting in extreme cold generally that I'll be using -- adding felt covers on the shutter and BBF buttons so one can better 'feel' them when shooting with gloves on! Thanks for sharing, Rich.
