This weekend I had an issue with FSIV this weekend and wrote Andrew at their support email address ( [email protected] ). I initially sent messages on Sunday and Monday but did not receive any reply, which is not that unusual for many small software developers. But I sent another email update today and received an undeliverable bounce back message from Google (as I am using GMail). Has anybody reached out to Andrew/FSIV recently and received a reply? There was a recent version release a couple of months ago so I am assuming that FSIV is still a going concern. There may be a mail issue and that is why I received a bounce back message, but I wanted to see if anybody else has had issues or received replies.
