Thanks JP, it is cropped a little but unfortunately there was no more space on the lower left. But, I agree with your comment. A little more room for the talons would be good to have.
Like the image and raptor, very nice. Agree to with Steve on face. Your comment above refers - However, enlarge your canvas at the bottom, then use content aware crop and it will extend the branch below the talon - not 100% but you clone it right. I will also change the sky to blue, the intensity is your choice with using a solid colour layer with blend if, or NIK Viveza.
 
I'd be cautious about making the eyes brighter... might make a nicer picture, but not accurate. First-year birds have pale eyes that take several years to become dark. With the amount of rufous on the upper wings, this is at least a second-year bird. Both of the photos I posted would be young, probably first-year birds.
