Update. I received an e-mail from PD yesterday. They had no record of the form being received and requested I send them the photo again. I did that this morning with my postal address and they replied within minutes that 8 replacements were on the way for the 6 anchors affected.
Very happy with the service.

Same thing happened with me this week. I checked and they had nothing from their website on file and had to resend via email. Confirmed as well.

I sent off a photo of my 12 some are VI and some V3 I think. so it is up to PD to decide as far as I am concered.

Thanks for the Anchor info. Doesn't matter whether old or new. Turns out they are replacing V1 and V3. V2 still good. Just followed their instructions and expect to get 10 V3 replaced. Works for me. Thanks PD.
