We've been visited by two oddly marked fox squirrels. The posterior 2/3 appears albino, but the front 1/3 appears normally colored. I assume they are siblings, since they are almost identical. We've only been seeing one of the pair lately. I suspect the other was a meal for one of the local hawks, or became road kill. Image quality suffered a bit, as I took the photos through the window.
