Hoar frost at Elk Island National Park (EINP)

In northern Alberta over last few days, we have been enjoying the white beauty of hoar frost. Yesterday afternoon, we drove to EINP and enjoyed the nature.

I suggest the first photo is the coldest, but then you do have the very cold 2, 3 and 4 too.. hummm, not sure.

Thank you. It was minus 14 C. Just a few days ago we were having minus 40/42 C. So, minus 14 felt like spring!!

Yes it has been balmy weather compared to last week! These look like the Bison loop area. Nice shots!
