I have a Cooper's Hawk that comes around a couple of times per year to check out the bird feeder in my backyard. When it arrives all the little ones scatter and the hawk eventually leaves empty-handed. Today was such a case again and the hawk stayed long enough for me to go get the camera and grab a few images.
